This is a lovely mid-century modern style reclining swivel lounge chair. It reclines with a smooth motion due a piston like mechanism underneath. It has a wooden stand and a metal frame with a faux leather covering. On top is a very comfortable detachable leather cushion and, in addition, there are leather cushions on the arms. From research I believe it to be made by Danish Furniture maker Kragelund, designed in 1970's but this piece manufactured in the 1980's. The leather is pretty good, it has been cleaned but not too much to damage it. Then a leather restorative applied. The wood has had a light clean with wire wool and then a boiled linseed oil application. There is of course come general signs of wear and tear but no cracking, grazing to the leather and no tears.
